Liver Meridian

The Liver Meridian starts at the nail of the big toe (LIV1) and runs along the back of the foot to the Golden Acupoint LIV3. Then up the medial side of the calf and angling across the front of the thigh to the crease of the groin. Back down through the genitals and up to the liver. The Liver is vulnerable to the external pathogens of wind or dampness, and to internal emotions of anger, resentment, and irritation
